Do you have a background in Food Production Management or a similar field, looking to join a growing SME that's taking over the market in a busy yet rewarding role with excellent progression opportunities?

With plans to open a new shop and further grow the business, the opportunities for development are limitless.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will manage a small team and oversee production, develop new recipes, liaise with clients and suppliers, handle stock orders and sourcing new suppliers, conduct stock checks, and maintain general cleanliness and organization. This is a Monday-Friday position, working 10-hour shifts, with a later start on Fridays.

This role is suited to a Food Production Manager who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to progress as part of an independent SME in a diverse role.

The Role:

• General management of a small production team
• Recipe development
• Stock takes and checks
• Liaising with clients and suppliers

The Person:

• Experience in food production management
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
