Do you have a background in Food Production Management or a similar, looking to join a growing SME that's leading the way in the health industry in a busy yet rewarding role with excellent progression opportunities?

On offer is the exciting chance to be part of a thriving independent food and beverage company, rapidly expanding into new business areas- this successful company has no limits, supplying retailers like Ocado and partnering with many popular brands and football teams. Although they have only been around for four years, they have plans to open a new shop and further grow the business, the opportunities for development are limitless and you could be a huge part of their success and continuous growth!

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will manage a small team and oversee production, develop new recipes, liaise with clients and suppliers, handle stock orders and sourcing new suppliers, conduct stock checks, and maintain general cleanliness and organization, you will also be handling enquiries and dealing with potential clients/collaborations so will need to be computer proficient. This is a Monday-Friday position, working 10-12hour shifts, with a later start on Fridays.This role is suited to a Food Production Manager who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to progress as part of an independent SME in a diverse role.The Role:
