**Job Advert: Helpdesk Operative - Facilities Management**

We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Operativeto join our team in Goodge Street, working full-time on a permanent basis for our largest global client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our Facilities Management team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • - Managing the helpdesk, handling incoming calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • - Raising both **Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)** and **Reactive Maintenance** tasks for engineers to complete.
  • - Monitoring and ensuring tasks are completed in line with **Service Level Agreements (SLA)** and **Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**.
  • - Liaising with engineers and ensuring all maintenance issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.

Role Details:

  • Location: **Goodge Street**, London
  • Hours: **Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm**
  • Salary: **26,500**
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a helpdesk or customer service environment, preferably within **Facilities Management**.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using helpdesk software and basic IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards under pressure.
