As an Internal Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential RC frame project. You will ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership, expertise, and attention to detail will be essential in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and fostering a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all internal construction activities related to the RC frame project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise site operations, including subcontractors and workforce, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting on progress, budgets, and resources as required.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site, fostering a culture of safety among all team members.
- Manage site logistics, including material supply and equipment usage to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role, preferably within residential construction and RC frame projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials, particularly with reinforced concrete structures.
