We are a leading property management company overseeing a dynamic mixed-use asset in the heart of London. We are seeking a proactive and experiencedOperations Managerto oversee the day-to-day operations of our mixed-use asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft services, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage demanding tenants while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Operations Oversight:Oversee the operational aspects of the property, ensuring smooth functioning of all soft services including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping.
  • Budget Management:Assist in developing and managing the operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a mixed-use commercial, retail, or high-value residential environment.
  • Candidate must be a natural problem solver and be able to think on their feet
  • Strong background in soft services management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
