About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee operational activities for a large social housing contract, managing responsive repairs, voids and planned works across West London, Berkshire and surrounding areas. This office-based role will involve leading a large team and ensuring effective coordination of operations.

You will collaborate with management to ensure smooth processes and alignment across departments, driving efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of property services for a social housing portfolio.
  • Work with management to align operational and administrative processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Analyze performance data to support decision-making.

You Must Have:
