About the Client: My client is a leading specialist civils subcontractor across the London market. They specialise in RC Frame/Groundworks and Demolition projects across London and the Home counties. They have a current group turnover of close to £140m and work on schemes up to £30m.Â
About the Role: You will manage the upkeep and maintenance of Plant covering two yards for the business. Â You must have significant experience as a Plant Manager and ideally have worked with an RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in a lead role.
- Maintaining the Heavy plant & Light Vehicle fleet.
- Troubleshooting/Fault finding of defective equipment
- Ordering parts
- Working closely with site management to ensure low downtime.
- Liaising with Main dealers to report faults or to organize servicing.
- Working closely with the Managing Director.
