We are currently working with a brilliant creative production company who specialise in creating award winning digital and social content. As the team continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced VFX Production Manager to join their fast-paced London team.

The team create exciting social content weekly for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc and so they are looking for a PM who has a keen interest in all things social, who loves working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with departments (Production, VFX, Editors) and allocate resources.
  • Ensure quality control, compliance, and safety during production.
  • Oversee team coordination, problem-solving, and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage staff wellbeing, time-off requests, and conduct post-project debriefs.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, including sustainability and professional development initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of production techniques, VFX workflows, and risk management.
  • Ability to hire freelance crew and manage team capacity.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in production management.
  • Experience in both production and post-production, ideally in social/digital content.
  • Background in VFX and budgeting.

This role will be fully office based so candidates will need to be able to work in the London office each day.
