A Super High End refurbishment contractor who are working on a Super Luxury Hotel Refurbishment in the heart of West London who are on the market seeking a Senior Site Manager with Ultra High End Hotel refurbishment experience to join their team.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a luxury hotel project. This role is critical in ensuring the successful construction, delivery, and handover of super luxury hotel rooms. The ideal candidate will be taking Luxury High End rooms from base build stage through to full completion at a Super High End 5* hotel quality. They will have a strong background in managing high-end projects, with a proven ability to lead subcontractors and effectively sequence the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Oversight: Lead the overall delivery of the luxury hotel and spa project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and within the agreed timelines.

- Subcontractor Management: Select, manage, and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Delivery Sequencing: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, sequencing the delivery of luxury hotel rooms to optimise workflow and minimise downtime.

- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that the project remains on track financially.

- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the luxury standards expected by our clients.

- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including architects, designers, and project owners, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

- Handover Coordination: Oversee the final handover process, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to satisfaction and that clients receive comprehensive orientation and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in site management, preferably in luxury hotel or high-end residential construction.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple subcontractors.

- Strong understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices.
