I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager to manage a new build plot of 10 Townhouses based in West London. The project is currently at 1st fix stage and will need the suitable candidate to run this through to handover. The programme is due to complete in June 25 with a follow on project starting in July 25 also in West London.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
