About Us:Â A client we're working alongside are a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions, committed to safeguarding lives and property. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a critical fire protection project for Social Housing and commercial properties
Role Overview:Â As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all fire protection activities within the hospital project. Your expertise will be crucial in managing on-site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining rigorous safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site fire protection operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fire protection industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of fire protection systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience with hospital or healthcare facility projects is highly desirable.
