RTL group are on the hunt for a Site Manager to work on a internal works fit out projectin Central London for 4 months.
My client is a roofing principal contractor who have decades of expereince in Bar, Restaurant, Hotel and even Hospital fit outs.
Site ManagerResponsibilities:
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Sitesupervision
- Health & safety management
- Supervising labour and staff
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
- Sitecost/value control
- Programming
- Commercial reporting
- Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Site ManagerRequirements:
- Must have 5years minimum experience working on Internal fit out works projects.
- Black/Gold CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- DBS ideally.
