- The company are having a very busy year and have a number of projects due to start in the next few months.
- Project starting in January majormixed use development, Westminster
Role
- Your first project will be a new long term project in East London.
- Interior fit out and Fire door replacement programme
- Provide Site Management and leadrership at all times
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
- Record site documentation.
- Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment.
- Report to a visiting Contracts Manager
Person specification
- You must have successfully delivered Residential or Commercial refurbishment projects
- Knowledge of current fire protection standards and practices
- Solid Health and Safety knowledge
- Ceritficates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
- FIRAS certificate is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Be very organised and record information accurately
- Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
