• London based construction company
• The company are having a very busy year and have a number of projects due to start in the next few months.
• Project starting in January majormixed use development, Westminster

Role

• Your first project will be a new long term project in East London.
• Interior fit out and Fire door replacement programme
• Provide Site Management and leadrership at all times
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
• Record site documentation.
• Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment.
• Report to a visiting Contracts Manager

Person specification

• You must have successfully delivered Residential or Commercial refurbishment projects
• Knowledge of current fire protection standards and practices
• Solid Health and Safety knowledge
• Ceritficates including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• FIRAS certificate is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Be very organised and record information accurately
• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
