• They specialise in high end / prime residential refurbishments in London's premierepostcodes and have forged an excellent reputation and brand.

The Opportunity

• They have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on an exciting new project.
• The site is in Holland Park, London, and entails the cut and carve of a private residence.
• As site manager you will have responsibility for structural elements, including piling, underpinning, temporary works and steel frame.
  
• The successful site manager will need to have a strong background in super prime / high spec residential projects.
• You will likely be an engineer by trade, and have managed similar projects on tight Central London sites.

Although they are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, candidates will need to be able to display career stability, and must have prime residential project experience.
