A small to medium sized main contractorare seekinga highly skilled and organized Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance and voids works.The ideal candidate would live in either West, NW or North London. This is where the majority of projects are located. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee planned maintenance projects and voids works
- Develop and implement schedules and timelines for maintenance activities
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in planned maintenance and voids works
- Knowledge of building maintenance processes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
