Site Manager - Modular Healthcare - Contract to June 2025
Our client, a well-known Modular Construction Specialist, are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a Healthcare project in London.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the project is completed safely, on time and within agreed budget.
Responsibilities As Site Manager:
- Supervise and coordinate site staff to achieve operational efficiency
- Manage site resources effectively to meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address site-related issues
- Monitor and report on site activities and performance
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity
To be successful as Site Manager you must have:
- Significant Construction Site Management experience
- Healthcare scheme experience - Modular desirable
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: 300.00 per day
