This 20m contractor is looking for a No1 Site Manager for a 500,000 fit-out of a kitchen retailer store.
The site manager will join the project just after the slab is down. The project has a lot of detail and needs someone with a good eye for detail
The Site Manager (has to have to have had run small fit-out projects previously as a No1) must be used to working to (or adapt to) onerous systems and processes, be able to control the necessary paperwork, as well as having excellent health & safety to maintain a tidy and safe site. Must be presentable and a clear communicator.
Must have SMSTS and First Aid at Work
