If so I'm currently working with just that company, based in Central London and looking to add an experienced site manager to their ranks for their London projects.
My client is ahighly reputable Main Contractor, who have had further growth in recent years. They have now secured further projects and require further growth by adding an experienced site manager to their ranks. Due to reputation a lot of their work is coming through repeat clients.
Responsibilities:
- Managingsubcontractors
- Managing Health & Safety
-DABs/RAMs
- Managing staff resource on site
- Ensuring quality targets are met
Experience required:
- Experience of managing projects up to20min value -Positives include planning, design and commercial awareness
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualified
- Strong reporting skills
- Dynamic, energetic and driven individual
