Position: Site Manager – Retrofit

Location: Southeast London

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Basic Salary), Car Allowance and Yearly Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Oversight & Scheduling – Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Team & Contractor Management – Lead operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Inspection & Quality Control – Conduct site inspections pre- and post-completion, offering design solutions and adjustments where needed.
  • Progress Reporting – Maintain accurate project updates and submit weekly reports to keep all stakeholders informed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificates: CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Scaffold Inspection and a Full UK Driving License 
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in managing projects under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). preferably with a Tier 1 Principal Contractor.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to read construction drawings.
