The Job

As the Social Media Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Excited to expand, we're seeking a Social Media Analyst to join our global team and contribute to our mission of positively impacting lives worldwide.
• Monitor social channels, analyse engagement metrics, and utilise analytics tools to extract actionable insights and enhance campaign performance.
• Translate data into recommendations, identify emerging trends, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, guiding marketing decisions and business growth.
• Collaborate across teams, align social initiatives with business goals, and participate in strategy development based on data-driven insights.

You

• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with robust organisational abilities, adept at managing numerous projects concurrently.
• Proficient analytical capabilities enabling the interpretation of data, formulation of conclusions, and provision of actionable suggestions.
• Creativity and a fervour for remaining abreast of social media trends, platforms, and optimal methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation proficiencies, adept at articulating intricate data insights in a clear and succinct manner.
• Competency in utilising social media tracking and analysis tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media analysis, particularly within a marketing or digital agency setting.
