THE COMPANY
This DIY retail company wants to refresh and upgrade its CRM and loyalty propositions by understanding its customers as best as they can.
THE ROLE
This is a global role where you will focus on research for own brands and the development of products to meet customer needs. They have 2 main customer groups, and you will surface insight projects that are the most important to the commercial value of the company. Your time will be split across London and Southampton with quarterly trips to France.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding/experience of ad-hoc Quant and Qual research
- Fluent French speaker
- Client side and retail experience desired
- International experience and mindset
