You will be key in ensuring the success of your clients social media campaigns and being their 'go to’ person on all things data and analytics throughout the whole campaign life cycle.

The role:

  • Partner with client services and paid media teams to support with analysis and insights into client campaigns
  • Understand the 'why’ with campaign data and report this back to the client in an engaging and clear way, suggesting recommendations and new ideas to utilise their campaign success and reach
  • Monitor and analyse real time data, building dashboards using google sheets and data studio
  • Partner with clients, building strong relationships and keeping them up to date with ongoing data insights
  • Support more junior members of the team and be available for any questions or support they might need
  • Initiate new ways of working across the department when appropriate, ensuring targets and KPI’s are aligned

The person:

  • Ideally management experience
  • Must have experience at a social/ influence marketing agency
  • Experience using google sheets/ advanced excel & ideally SQL
  • Comfortable being client facing and presenting to a group
  • Be curious about social media analytics and stay informed on any new data developments within the industry
  • Deadline driven
  • An interest in social media marketing and creativity
