GLOBAL MARKETING INSIGHT ANALYST

£60,000 - £70,000

THE COMPANY

This major airline went through a lot of changes during Covid, with a Marketing Effectiveness function coming out the other side! There are about 400 analysts at this company across everything, from catering, entertainment, marketing, BI and more. The team this role sits in currently stands at 3, with the ambition to grow to 7 next year.

THE ROLE

You'll be sitting in the Customer Directorate team, away from the centralised analytics function. This team cover brands marketing, commercial and marketing within airports. It's aim is to support on marketing effectiveness across the entirety of the business, across all marketing channels and assess budgets from their £100 million per year global budget!

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Must have:

  • Strong SQL experience
  • A passion in the aviation/travel sector, ideally with this background
  • Customer segmentation project examples
  • Test and Learn experience - the ability to drive conversations across stakeholders
  • Cross-functional understanding of content performance

Nice to have:

  • Python
  • Adobe Analytics to track performance
  • Global experience
