Insights Account Manager - Media Insights / Communications Analysis - SW London / Hybrid - Competitive Salary
We are on the hunt for a collaborative, analytical and enthusiastic InsightsAccount Manager, with excellent written skills and experience in media analysis, media intelligence market research, social media or marketing analytics, to join a successful media / communications analysis company, based in South West London.
The successful Account Manager will maintain their client accounts, ensuring that desired results are achieved, the most efficient resources are used and all stakeholders involved are satisfied with the service. Your exceptional analysis and writing skills will ensure you are able to produce high quality reports, finding the best ways to represent the data; and your account management skills will ensure client retention and identifying growth potential.
We’re looking for someone with proven research and analytical skills; someone who is confident with data yet has client services/account coordination experience, excellent communication skills and has ideally gained experience working across multiple account projects at any one time.
You will be enthusiastic and interested in the rapidly changing media environment and will enjoy working in a fast-paced team.

Key responsibilities as the Media Analysis Account Manager will include:
- Servicing client accounts
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with key client stakeholders
- Final approval and send out of client reports and deliverables
- Strategic analysis report development with Account Director support
- Line managing, coaching and developing Insight Account Executives / Analysts
- Identifying opportunities for revenue growth of existing client base
- Full responsibility and ownership of client accounts and proactively retaining clients
- Assisting in the development of briefs for new and existing clients
- Creating proposals for ad hoc client work

What our client is looking for:
- Successful track record in media analysis, media intelligence market research, social media or marketing analytics - PR experience is beneficial
- Previous client account management experience (2 years+)
- Proven research and analytical skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or Social Sciences
- Excellent written and spoken English with impeccable grammar and spelling
- Strong proofreading capabilities (written reports, data, insights etc)
- IT literate with solid knowledge of MS Office
- Confident with data
- Experienced in working across multiple account projects at any one time
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Collaborative and efficient team leader - delegation and motivation experience is desired
- Genuine interest in the rapidly changing media environment
- Additional languages are a benefit
