The JobAs the Social Listening Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools like Brandwatch, Google Keyword Planner, and Keyword.io
- Analysing and interpreting social, search, and market data to provide actionable insights
- Performing Excel-based growth calculations and performance tracking
- Reporting findings to internal stakeholders to support strategy and decision-making
You
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Experience working with social listening and keyword tools
- Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Available to start immediately and use your own laptop
