Profile:

  • Latvian to mother tongue standard.
  • Fluent English.
  • Prior experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Driven, goal-focused, and enthusiastic about meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to create new leads.
  • Clearly articulate the advantages of our services and secure sales.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales efforts.
  • Work with the sales team to devise effective lead generation strategies.
