As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Marketing & Design Coordinator to lead the design and coordination of our marketing initiatives across five companies within the group.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Marketing & Design Coordinator with a proven track record in brand development and professional content creation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coordinating and executing high-impact marketing strategies, preferably within the construction industry or a related sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent brand messaging and developing marketing materials that support our growth and visibility in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Tender Document Design and Coordination: Oversee the design and coordination of tender responses, ensuring materials are brand-aligned and impactful.
  • Social Media Design and Communication: Manage and design content for LinkedIn and other social media channels to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Brand Design and Development: Lead and maintain a cohesive brand strategy across multiple platforms and materials.
  • Proactive Marketing Material Development: Create a range of marketing materials to support campaigns and company initiatives.
  • Documentation Editing and Branding: Ensure all internal and external documents meet brand standards in design, editing, and branding.
  • Marketing Campaign Creation: Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Strategy Development and Analytics: Collaborate on marketing strategy, providing monthly reports on campaign and social media performance metrics.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Design Proficiency: Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
