Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a provider of workplace training courses and apprenticeships, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the marketing department by executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, conducting market research, and handling various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, primarily remote, with occasional (1-2 days per month) attendance required at the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
  • Use analytics tools to track and assess social media performance.
  • Help draft and edit marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Design graphics and visuals for digital campaigns using platforms like Canva.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Present market research findings to the marketing team to guide strategy.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and internal team events.
  • Manage event logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate the sourcing and distribution of merchandise and promotional items for events.
  • Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM system.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Creativity and a passion for marketing.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills, especially with Canva, are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
