Marketing Customer Insights Analyst - Online Gaming£75,000City – hybridA fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed team within an established, global gaming company based in the City.You will become the expert when it comes to customer behaviour and understanding the performance and measurement of marketing. Your main responsibilities will be to provide insights to the business to support decision-making around the customer.The successful candidate MUST have proven experience in a similar analyst role with quantitative skills, and proficiency in multiple analytics tools e.g. Python, SQl, Excel, Tableau etc.The Role:
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the customer behaviour landscape
  • Work closely with the CRM team to help optimize their lifecycle with a test and learn approach
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and effectively communicate insights to the business
  • Become a subject matter expert when it comes to Customer behaviour
  • Work closely with BI to ensure development of Data Self-Serve strategy fits business requirements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and methodologies
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a B2C focused Analyst role, analysing customer behaviour 
  • Proficiency in multiple advanced analytics and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrable ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding opportunities for improvement
