The team and I here at Albion Rye Associates are currently partnered with a boutique but mighty innovative strategic consultancy who focus on big tech, B2B & B2C. They have a human centric approach who focus deeply to help their clients reinvent their experience, marketing and product strategies to build up amazing customer connections

This role would really suit a market research quant researcher with agency experience, loves client development, can lead and deliver bespoke quant projects, has an eye for analytics and experiece in segmentations, conjoint, max diff, regressions and enjoys complex quant work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering, analysing & interpreting complex data to provide insights that will drive marketing and business strategy for our client
  • Handle quantitative research projects, turning numbers into meaningful insights that help shape business decision
  • Having technical expertise, but also an ability to tie data insights to high-level business strategy for top client
  • Great client management to influence C-suite decision-making & driving change for global companies across various industries
  • A split of 80% Project Delivery & 20% Business Operations & Support

Requirements

  • Demonstrated solid exposure to professional quantitative research projects through working with an analytics team at a strategy consultancy, research agency or in-house with a team specialising in delivering insight through quantitative research
  • Hands-on experience with the design, execution and delivery of quant studies with clustering, Max-Diff, regressions, factor and correspondence analysis
  • Ability to spec and interpret different types of conjoint analysis
  • Good understanding of how consumer and B2B panels work
  • Comfortable with sample design, defining quotas, boosts and weighting
