Recruitment Research Analyst - The Offering

Recruitment Research Analyst - The Role

As a recruitment research analyst joining our client your role will be varied and fast-paced. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive market mapping and research to source the top candidates in the market
  • Working closely with a consultant to complete mandates, getting involved with the initial pitch all the way through to completion
  • Headhunting candidates via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Contacting candidates on internal database and help produce adverts
  • Ensure interest and commitment from the candidate prior to client/candidate introduction
  • Complete competitor analysis for your client to ensure they are keeping up to date with their competition
  • Build strong, long-standing relationships with your clients and candidates
  • Partake in team activities and attend events

Recruitment Research Analyst - The Requirements

  • A 2:1/1st class degree from a top 40 UK university (or international equivalent)
  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable
  • Research experience is highly beneficial
  • Commercial experience
  • Interest in becoming an expert in the private equity, venture capital and alternative asset investment space
  • Confidence is a must as you will be liaising with C-Suite individuals every day
  • Excellent organisation skills
