About the Client
Our client is a top-tier executive search agency specializing in the Public Sector across three core business areas: Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare. They offer a hybrid work model, allowing their team to work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely.
Position: Research Associate
Location:
Central London (Hybrid Work Model)
Working Hours:
Standard hours are 37.5 per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for leadership roles across the client's Public Sector business areas.
- Deliver assignments dealing with digital transformation within Education, Government, and NHS/Healthcare sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams at the client's agency to develop search strategies and candidate profiles.
- Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to the client's customers.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with excellent academic credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within executive search.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
