.KEY DUTIES

Lead quant workstreams independently, ensuring minimal supervision and efficient delivery.
Conduct quant research, with basic knowledge of other research methodologies for context.
Collaborate and coordinate efforts seamlessly with the broader team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

3-4 years of full-time experience for junior level / 5-10 years of full-time experience for senior level
Proficient in advanced formulas, advanced pivots, and Excel modelling.
Desirable skills include SPSS syntax, R, or Python, with basic storytelling abilities.
