A leading B2B marketing agency seeks a strategic Account Director to lead and execute programmatic and social media campaigns. This career offers the opportunity to monitor and analyse performance metrics, be the focal point for clients and internal teams, and articulate media strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a high standard of service with clients and internal teams by developing, managing, and optimising comprehensive programmatic and social media strategies.
  • Lead, create, and execute integrated campaigns across various platforms such as DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, display, CTV, and other social channels.
  • Partner and collaborate with social media specialists and analytic teams to ensure high quality and align with broader marketing initiatives.


Skills & Experience:

The successful Account Director will:

  • Be able to demonstrate significant experience in social media marketing and programmatic advertising in a client-facing, leadership role or equivalent.
  • Be able to practically share their expertise in DSPs (i.e. The Trade Desk, DV360, or similar) and social media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar.
  • Showcase their ability to manage large-scale accounts focused on B2B and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Exhibit their communication and presentation skills and how they articulate complex data into clear actions.
