Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a BD & Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a maternity cover basis. This role offers the chance to work closely with the European Marketing Director and global marketing teams, providing high-quality support to the firm's London office and core business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all London events, including in-house, external, and virtual, managing logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in drafting pitches for new business opportunities, producing capability statements, fact sheets, and slide decks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare materials for business development initiatives, including email alerts, advertisements, and articles.
- Support marketing campaigns via press releases and social media channels.
- Draft and coordinate legal directory submissions and award submissions.
- Collect and input deal experience in the firm's database.
- Coordinate photography sessions and update lawyer biographies.
- Uphold best practices around the firm's CRM system, including maintaining contacts and distribution lists, preparing event invitations, and recording client event attendance.
- Advise on social media best practices and profile optimization.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a law firm or professional services.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong strategic focus, self-motivation, and drive to action.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Financial, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and team-player mentality.
