About The Role
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation for the client through the delivery of an effective e-commerce strategy.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and ready for a challenge - inspired and excited to help build on success of this established and well-respected luxury British brand. They will be analytical and have a hunger for detail, providing the team with insights that help form the e-commerce and digital strategy. They will be able to work both independently and collaboratively, be driven by hitting KPIs and ultimately enjoy getting involved in the day-to-day management of all digital activity.
Main Duties
• Deliver best-in-class digital marketing activity, working with a Paid Media agency to maximise lead generation and web sales and drive efficiency in achieving a strong ROI on Paid Social and PPC.
• Support the delivery of the web development plan, working with external agencies and the wider marketing team to ensure cohesion on time/on budget delivery.
• Support the delivery of SEO, CRO and email marketing plans as required.
• Own the management and loading of optimised website content that supports the brand values and campaign messaging.
• Own the performance analysis and reporting of marketing activity, summarising progress against the plan and highlighting key learnings and opportunities for future improvement.
• Support the marketing team with ad hoc analysis as required.
Skills Required
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital role, ideally with experience working on Luxury Brand Campaigns.
• Good experience in PPC and Paid Social, including working with Paid Media agencies.
• Experience of working with a website CMS system.
• Analytical mind, with the ability to collate, analyse, and present data leading to clear insights and actions.
• Strong knowledge of GoogleAnalytics and Excel.
• A good understanding of SEO, with experience in tracking performance and making changes to improve results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Details
Working in Central London, this is a full-time hybrid opportunity, where you will be based in the offices 2/3 days a week.
Salary paying up to £40,000pa depending on experience.
