Marketing Assistant/Specialist Location: UK, LondonLength: 3 MonthsRate: £131.26 - £218.96 per day (Inside IR35)Hours: 40 per weekJob DescriptionDay-to-day duties:- Support the day-to-day global Sponsorships program by owning program trackers, working back calendars, managing timelines, overseeing the status review, and holding owners accountable to ensure milestones are met.- Drive continuous process improvement and automation to be more effective and efficient, while reducing errors. Survey teams to identify additional processes that can be centralized, automated, externalized, or deprecated.-Invent and simplify processes and use system tooling to support efficient collaboration, campaign planning, resource tracking, and creative review/approvals.- Anticipate and be able to mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays, and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders.- Author program/campaign playbooks that can be scaled globally in mature and nascent markets.- Raise the quality bar and foster continual process improvements through routine post-mortums and collaborative feedback with cross-functional partners.Skills Required:
