We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our Commercial Agency team and assist with corporate marketing and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone with a digital focus, ready to enhance our online and social media presence while handling a variety of marketing tasks.Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Commercial Agency Marketing Support: Manage social media platforms by promoting properties, news, deals, and transactions.
- Create and deploy digital and print mailing campaigns.
- Produce detailed agency property documents and upload them to web and third-party listing sites.
- Develop pitch decks, presentations, and various communication pieces including event invitations and follow-ups.
- Corporate Marketing Support: Maintain and update website content, focusing on SEO and performance.
- Expand our digital presence, profile, and reputation.
- Produce newsletters, industry updates, thought leadership, and opinion pieces.
- Prepare content for web blogs and social posts.
- Coordinate with PR, creative, and technical agencies.
- Assist with corporate marketing campaigns, activity planning, and event management.
- Develop and manage the house brand and corporate identity.
