- Experience in a high-growth digital environment (wellness, consumer tech, or subscription-based businesses a plus)
- Hands-on with social media, lifecycle marketing, influencer partnerships, and content production
- Comfortable with Braze (or similar lifecycle marketing platforms, Hubspot etc) and Meta Ads would be highly advantageous
- Data-driven mindset - analysing insights and optimising campaigns excites you
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to engage communities
