Their simple mission is to provide clean, effective, and sustainable solutions that support the well-being of their customers on the inside and out.Your new roleMarket Research & Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behaviour, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Analyse market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends to guide strategic decision-making.Continuously monitor competitor strategies and market trends. Provide actionable insights to help company stay ahead in the marketplace and adjust our strategy as needed.Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for packaging, product positioning, and brand development. Ensure alignment with companies' long-term goals and vision, driving both growth and brand equity.Mix Management: Identify the optimum high profit SKUs, channel segmentation, the right shelf location, optimum promotion and display.Identify KPIs to measure success, responsible for creating commercial guidelines for sales team.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure the execution of market strategies is seamless and aligned with organisational objectives.Promotional Management: establish promotional guidelines aligned with the brand to ensure profitability.What you'll need to succeed

  • Handled a similar role for the last 3/4 years
  • Commercial acumen
  • High level of Excel skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • FMCG sector experience
  • Leadership capability
  • Senior Stakeholder Management - you will be reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Experience crunching numbers and strong data analysis
