- Supporting Paid Media Leads on live client accounts, helping to set up, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across Paid Social channels including Meta Ads and Tiktok Ads.
- Getting hands-on with reporting, campaign analysis, and dashboard building to track performance.
- Learning to develop strategic paid media campaigns that go beyond the technical side and focus on guiding consumers through complex buying decisions.
- Working on high-consideration products that require deep consumer understanding and a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
- 1-2 years experience in a Paid Media or Paid Social role.
- A curious and inquisitive mindset—always asking questions and looking to improve.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a creative approach to problem-solving.
