This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on client success by driving high-performance advertising campaigns within a collaborative, data-driven team.

Role: The agency is looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist with several years of expertise in paid social advertising and a proven track record of managing ad spend and driving ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute, optimize, and innovate paid social strategies for various brands.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement paid social advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to consistently achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs.
  • Utilize reporting tools such as Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale for data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

Client Relations:

  • Foster strong relationships by setting clear expectations, understanding client goals, and delivering results that align with their objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Write direct-response copy that resonates with target audiences and produces engaging ads.

Creative Strategy:

  • Champion creative strategies by developing testing roadmaps, analysing performance, and exploring new creative angles.
  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Social and team to align on campaign goals and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in paid social advertising, with responsibility for client accounts spending £30k-£50k monthly.
  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Agency or startup experience, particularly within the D2C/e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, interpreting data to drive campaign improvements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and fluent in English.

Location: Fully remote, based in the UK

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per annum DOE
