This is a crucial role designed to act as the backbone of the team, requiring a highly organised individual with a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

The position of Retail Marketing Executive, based in London, is a dynamic and diverse role that will involve working closely with a range of stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supplier Management - From briefing through to delivery, you will be the main point of contact, ensuring that briefs are met within deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Store Teams - Maintaining strong communication and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and store operations.
  • Marketing Reporting & Data Analysis - Assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data.
  • Creation of Brand Assets - Managing the production of brand assets through agencies and the wider marketing team, including proofreading, liaising with external suppliers, and coordinating the delivery of new assets and products.
  • Market Research - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Supporting New Store Openings - Helping with the operational execution of new store launches.
  • Business As Usual (BAU) Support - Providing ongoing support to the wider marketing team.

To be considered for theRetail Marketing Executive role, you will bring the following experience and skills:

  • 2+ years' experience in retail marketing, either in-house or business-side.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly resilient with strong emotional intelligence.
