We are delighted to be partnering with a leading International IP firm wo are looking for a talented, proactive Senior Marketing & BD Executive to join their team based in London. This is a unique opportunity to support the development and execution of innovative marketing and business development strategies, in an environment that is forward-thinking and dynamic.

The remit of the role is broad and varied and includes:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of marketing campaigns, including data-driven research, content creation, and event support.
  • Develop and update marketing materials.
  • Manage CRM systems to track business development leads, opportunities, and relationships.
  • Deliver training sessions to raise awareness and increase knowledge of technology solutions and platforms available to fee earners within the firm.
  • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and maintain targeting intelligence using data analytics.
  • Utilise marketing technology and data analytics tools to develop existing clients and services, track key relationships, and measure the success of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior BD team members to integrate data-driven intelligence into strategic planning.
  • Report on marketing campaign success across various channels.
  • Manage the directory submission process and additional sector/practice awards.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of website material, credentials database, case studies, and similar items.
  • Assist with pitches and tenders as required.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Proven experience in business development or marketing within legal or professional services.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and confidently liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, confident, and approachable.
