Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Salary: £33,000 + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead paid media campaigns across PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from activation to analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative media strategies.
- Assist with multi-channel marketing, including Programmatic and Above-the-Line (TV, OOH) campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in PPC and Paid Social (Google Ads & Meta Ads required).
- Previous experience in a digital agency environment is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
- Programmatic experience is a plus.
