The Advocate Group are partnering with a global FMCG business, on the hunt for a Shopper Marketing Executive with experience in retail marketing and activation in the Convenience and Cash & Carry channel.

About the role:

As Shopper Marketing Executive for Convenience, you will be responsible for delivering and executing activations in this channel to drive growth and brand awareness.

Including accounts such as: Co op, Nisa, Booker, Costco, Marks & Spencers and more!

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
  • Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
  • Manage innovation launch plans in Convenience and Cash & Carry.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimise campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
  • Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
  • Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.

 About you:

  • Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape.
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
