Job Title: BMS Service Engineer (Permanent)

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 + benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on BMS (Building Management Systems) and associated control systems in commercial and industrial environments.
Ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building management systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
Carry out system upgrades and installations as required.
Provide client-facing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical queries.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in BMS service, maintenance, or installation
Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms.
A solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Full UK driving license
Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or BMS systems (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
Must have the right to work in the UK
