Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on BMS (Building Management Systems) and associated control systems in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building management systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
  • Carry out system upgrades and installations as required.
  • Provide client-facing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical queries.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BMS service, maintenance, or installation
  • Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms.
  • A solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience working in commercial or industrial environments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or BMS systems (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
