Location: Chelsea, London

Shift Pattern: 7am - 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off (No night shifts)

Pay Rate: Circa £25.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Chelsea. The role involves a 12-hour shift pattern, working 4 days on and 4 days off, ensuring consistent daytime operations without night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Maintain and repair pumps, air handling units (AHUs), and pipe systems.
• Work on steam systems and air conditioning (AC) systems (preferred but not essential).
• Conduct basic electrical tasks (advantageous but not required).

Requirements:

• Proven experience with mechanical systems, including pumps, AHUs, and piping.
• Competence in handling steam systems and AC systems is beneficial.
• Basic electrical skills will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to ensure smooth operations.
