The Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing advanced mechanical systems for our projects. You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry to ensure that our designs are not only aesthetically outstanding but also technically exceptional, sustainable, and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and delivering mechanical engineering designs for a range of high-profile projects.
  • Collaborating with architects, designers, and engineers to develop integrated, sustainable solutions.
  • Ensuring designs comply with UK and international building regulations and industry best practices (ASHRAE, CIBSE).
  • Using cutting-edge tools like Autodesk Revit to produce world-class engineering solutions.
  • Continuously developing your skills and expertise, with the aim of achieving chartered status.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2/3 years + experience in mechanical engineering design within the built environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and their role in sustainable building design.
  • Passion for architecture and engineering, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Experience with engineering software (Revit, IES, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • International project experience and knowledge of multilingual environments are a plus.
